Access to the resources and features made available by the Portal implies acceptance by the user of these General Conditions of Membership of the Portal. The portal allows access to sections of scientific in-depth content. 3) InfoDyn Srl declares that the published data and scientific literature will always be subject to rapid obsolescence and, therefore, invites users to carefully and constantly check the contents, declining all responsibility for choices and actions taken consequent to information, contents and services provided by the Portal. 4) Any choice of diagnostic, treatment, care and rehabilitation of patients will be made by the Doctor in total autonomy and, therefore, InfoDyn Srl, the Scientific Committee and the portal manager cannot in any way be held responsible for any reason and / or reason for the diagnosis, cures, treatments and clinical choices of the doctors users of the Portal. 5) Likewise, InfoDyn Srl, the Scientific Committee and the portal manager assume no responsibility for the content of the scientific contributions published on the Portal and for the clinical cases submitted by the participating Doctors whose diagnostic, treatment and care choices patients remain their sole responsibility. 6) Access to the portal and any collaboration does not imply the payment of any utility and / or prize of any kind to the participating doctor. 7) The data provided by the doctor for the functionality of the system will be processed in compliance with the current privacy legislation (EU Reg. 679/2016 [GDPR]) as illustrated in the attached privacy policy. 8) The participating Doctor declares to have been able to view the information material on the Portal and to have understood the terms, conditions of operation and its characteristics.
